Are you looking for a new part-time Payroll Officer position?Randstad is working on a new part-time payroll opportunity for a reputable not-for-profit organization that might be your next moveAbout the role:This exciting permanent part-time opportunity is for an experienced Payroll Officer with approximately 2 years of experience.
You will be reporting to a knowledgeable Payroll Manager and also be supported by the wider finance team.You will be processing the payroll using the ADP Payforce system; current or prior experience with this system will be highly advantageous.
The payroll in total is around 700+ employees with fortnightly and monthly pay runs.Located in Darlinghurst (Sydney CBD outskirts), this 3-day-a-week (22.8-hour week) role offers flexibility of working from home and the office.
Depending on your experience, the salary for this role is approximately $80,000 + super.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end payroll processing for 700+ fortnightly/monthly staff using ADP Payforce.Perform payroll administration and maintain the payroll system with up-to-date employee records.Process payroll leave.Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment changes.Respond to all payroll inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.Assist with any payroll projects or ad hoc tasks.About you:Preferably have worked in payroll for 2+ years.ADP Payforce exposure would be beneficial.
Experience with Workday is preferred but not essential.Ability to interpret awards and legislation.
