Employment Coach Workplace Support Consultant The Job Achieve KPI's linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment Deliver high-quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers Business develop – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures The Right Person Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills Team player Ability to help customers from all walks of life Excellent communication skills Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks Strong digital and administration skills Positive and energetic attitude a must Current driver's license In return, you will be rewarded with: Access to ongoing learning, development and career advancement Five weeks annual leave (qualifying period applies) An attractive salary package Uncapped bonuses for high performers At Sarina Russo Job Access, we are committed to an inclusive workplace that embraces and promotes diversity.
