Employment Support Consultant - Disability ServicesDo you want to be part of a team that genuinely makes a positive difference in people's lives? As an Employment Support Consultant - Disability Services, you'll be helping customers with a disability, once they are placed in a role. Helping them to sustain long term employment: assisting with workplace adjustments that may arise, leading discussions with managers and supporting our candidates with day-to-day queries.Example of a workplace adjustment: A client may be overstimulated by the noise of machinery on site and be struggling in the workplace as a result. You may speak with the employer about the potential of noise-cancelling earphones that may solve the problem and allow the person to continue working in the role (if the role allows).
