About the Role Are you ready to make an impact?
In this role, you will partner with our management and clinical lead team to shape and enhance paediatric multidisciplinary team (MDT) services across Australia.
At National 360, our OT Clinical Practice Advisors (CPAs) play a vital role in promoting clinical excellence in Occupational Therapy.
You will be responsible for guiding the implementation of best practices through staff training, resource development, policy management, and clinical consultation.
Quality assurance in your designated practice areas will also be a key focus.
As a CPA, you will provide mentoring and professional support to fellow practitioners, contributing to our vision of high-quality service delivery.
You will also represent and assist the OT National Clinical Lead and the broader Leadership Team in achieving our business objectives.
With the rollout of our 360 Kids program in 2023, you'll have a unique opportunity to influence interdisciplinary service provision alongside experienced leaders.
This role is based in any of our offices nationwide, with a flexible working structure that promotes work-life balance.
In this position, you will manage your own clinical caseload and deliver training to paediatric Occupational Therapists across the country.
You'll use your advanced professional expertise to assist with complex clinical cases and provide exceptional supervision to paediatric therapists nationwide.

About You We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board
With that being said, there are a few requirements for the role, which are: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy 5+ years' experience within the community sector Advanced knowledge in Paediatrics Experience with developing and/or delivering clinical education to health professionals Experience with clinical supervision, particularly for Early Career Therapists Capacity to apply high-level professional skills and judgment to complex clinical caseloads AHPRA Registration NDIS WC/ WWCC (or willingness to apply) Current Australian driver's license and able to travel with your own vehicle About Us National 360 provides high-quality Allied Health services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS, Aged-Care, and Insurance sectors.
