Principal Clinical Advisor

The successful candidate will provide expert clinical advice, guidance, and support in the development and management of procurement processes across all project streams.
Additionally, you will ensure that procurement activities align with relevant regulatory standards and support clinical practice throughout the projects.
A key aspect of the role is to strategically develop and maintain strong professional relationships with a diverse stakeholder group, including clinical stakeholders with often competing perspectives.
This will involve effective liaison, consultation, influence, and negotiation to foster cooperation and drive positive outcomes.
The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated ability to apply clinical experience to identify and drive process improvement and enact change within a complex health environment.Proven high-level conceptual, analytical, technical and innovative problem-solving skills that result in sustainable, flexible, responsive and client-focused clinically sound solutions.Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and management including the preparation of high quality and accurate reports and documentation on performance and trends. Behavioural Competencies Required: Supports others to embrace and operate within legislative and policy frameworks that guide everyday practice.Works with the team to develop shared objectives and clear indicators for success.Provides individualised support and consults with others to support them through change processes.Demonstrates flexibility and openness to the diversity in the team, supporting approaches that enable all individuals to participate to their fullest ability.
