Job Description Restaurant Operations Manager - this is a dynamic and leadership-focused role that requires a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of high-end restaurant operations and a holistic approach to driving business success across all facets of the venue.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, refine guest experiences, and champion operational excellence while maintaining the standards of a premium dining environment.
The successful candidate will: Manage the restaurant's connection with other spaces within the venue, ensuring harmony between all operational areas (e.g., bar, private dining, functions).Uphold exceptional service standards and create memorable, high-end dining experiences for every guest, ensuring the venue maintains its premium reputation.Lead, inspire, and develop FOH teams to deliver outstanding results; recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a culture of excellence and accountability.Take a holistic approach to the business by optimizing revenue opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing effective SOPs to enhance efficiency and profitability.Candidate Profile A few things you'll need to have: Strong understanding of high-end restaurant operations, with a focus on both the guest experience and operational efficiency.Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.A passion for premium hospitality and dedication to service excellence.Strong wine and beverage knowledge.Offer If you think you are perfect for this role and see yourself working with one of Sydney's most popular venues, then please apply.
