Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor | Virgin Airport LoungeWe are currently seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at the Brisbane Domestic Airport.
We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, attentive, reliable, hard-working and have a 'can do' attitude to WOW our clients in the fast-paced environment of airports.
Your key duties will include: Hands-on lead by example Supervisory dutiesDay-to-day successful supervision and delegation to a team of up to 15 staff membersFood preparation and deliveryMaintain cleanliness of all food service areas and provide waiter-style service to our GuestsEnsure counter areas are always well presented and refreshedBeverage serviceIn order to hit the ground running, you will have: Previous hospitality experienceStrong inter-personal and communication skillsImpeccable presentation and groomingKnowledge of OH&S & hygieneResponsible Service of Alcohol CertificateFlexible availability to work early shifts from 3:00am, with afternoon shifts ending up to midnight on occasion - across 7 days of the weekBenefits and Culture Supportive and inclusive cultureA professional and safe working environmentGood employee benefits and entitlements.If you are passionate about working within the world of hospitality and would like to be part of an exciting team, apply nowEmployment will be subject to a Federal Police Check as the airport is a strictly controlled environment, and all employees must meet Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) requirements.
