Managing the Joint Replacement portfolio—encompassing hip, knee, and robotics—this role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of a cutting-edge product range while leading a dynamic team of seven marketing professionals.

With seven direct reports, you'll have the opportunity to coach and develop a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Associates.

What You'll Be Doing Strategic Leadership: Define the vision for the portfolio, aligning team goals with the overarching business strategy.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach your team to excel in their roles, helping them prioritize their workload and focus on achieving the best outcomes.Market Influence: Collaborate closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to drive market penetration, customer engagement, and portfolio growth.Product Excellence: Oversee new product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with market trends.Collaboration at Scale: Work cross-functionally with APAC and global teams, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.What We're Looking For
This role doesn't require joint replacement experience but demands a proven track record in people management and strategic leadership.
You should bring:
