About the role Our Employment & Labour practice group is recognised as one of the leading Employment and Safety teams in Australia and demand on our services has created an opportunity for an Associate to join the Melbourne team, working with Partners Melinda Bell and Nicki Milionis.
This is an opportunity to get involved in some very interesting litigious and non-litigious employment and WHS matters, working across the public and private sectors.

What you'll be responsible for Conduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.
Review laws and standards to implement, update and maintain the organization's policies, standards, and procedures.
Advise on the whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to the business and its offerings.
Skills you'll need Persuades others to shift their views and/or behaviours with the goal of reaching consensus.
Critical thinking.
Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
