About This Opportunity SITS College is looking for an experienced and motivated RTO Operations Manager to join our vibrant team.
As one of Brisbane's most well-established Registered Training Organisations (RTO), we deliver training in trades and community services.
This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team and drive operational success in an organisation committed to student achievement.
Primary Responsibilities: PRISMSVETtrakCourse and attendance progressTimetable and class schedulingInduction processesStaff compliance trainingESOS Act and RTO StandardsDeveloping monitoring systems for compliance evaluation and identifying improvement areasEnsuring all training and assessments meet required standards and regulatory complianceSITS College is a CRICOS provider, specializing in courses that prepare students for careers in trade and community services sectors.

Ideally, at least 3 years of experience as an RTO Operations Manager.Proven leadership skills in managing teams, with a focus on achieving KPIs and institutional targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and solve problems under pressure.Job Type:
