Sales Coordinator

They are a leader in the industry, specialising in promotional merchandise, brand activations, and digital services for your favourite brands across FMCG, Sports and Liquor.
This is an opportunity to get your foot into the promotional marketing industry, being mentored by some of the industry's best & work directly with huge brands like Heineken, NRL, AFL, Diageo and Cricket Australia.

ROLE Reporting into a fantastic mentor and leader, you will have the opportunity to oversee work on global consumer brands with BIG budgets and BIG expectations
Support the sales team with various administrative tasks (i.e emails, calendar, appointments) Coordinate courier services (follow up and track deliveries).
Prepare quotations Enter orders into the system Data entry and database management CANDIDATE Minimum 1 year experience in an administration, office or sales support role.
(Graduates are welcome to apply) Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Highly organised with the ability to multitask Positive, can-do attitude, willing to learn and a team player WHAT'S ON OFFER?
