As a Technical Lead you will be developing detailed technical solutions, providing technical expertise and ensuring the overall technical solution aligns with architects' solutions and domain architecture framework.
You will ensure alignment and provide traceability of lower level design to technical solution architecture as well as ensuring solutions comply with domain roadmaps and governance frameworks.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate with the architect and solution designer to convert requirements/high level solution design into architecture aligned detailed technical solution design.Identify downstream impacts.Provide application development, maintenance and end-to-end technical expertise.Expertise in software architecture, low level technical solution, visual design and technical governance of applications and platforms.Provide DevOps services and lead application development teams.Responsible for the overall delivery of the Technical solution within a Squad e.g.
Employee Exp.
Or Customer Exp.Inputs into Architecture and Solution Design.Inputs into sprint planning, risks, dependencies and governance.Delegated sign offs from Principal Lead.Single point of contact for all developers within the assigned squad.Represents the team at forums e.g.
WDP forum.What do I need?To be successful in this role, you will need in-depth technical knowledge within the automation space, strong stakeholder management experience and a positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of the role.
In addition to this, your skills may include:Good communication skills – a diverse user base with both business, financial and technical backgrounds.Experience in migrations, mergers or acquisitions.Strong IT Financial knowledge with an understanding of contract costings, Capex and Opex concepts.
