Lead a digital transformation to Salesforce with a leading Fintech;Build your own team and become the owner of the platform;Permanent Opportunity in Sydney CBD – 3 days in the office per week.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Tech Lead to lead one of our engineering squads.
This role is perfect for a hands-on technology leader who thrives in an agile environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
We are moving to Salesforce and seeking someone to lead the platform.What You'll DoLead a cross-functional, agile delivery team, driving the technical direction and delivery of impactful projects;Foster and mentor developers, providing hands-on leadership and performing code reviews;Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions and contribute to product discovery;Design, implement, and deploy cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks;Manage vendor relationships and oversee the technical roadmap for the squad;Ensure security and reliability through robust monitoring and security measures;Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Drive adherence to best practices, resolve technical challenges, and ensure scalability and maintainability;People Management: Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment;Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance development processes;Architecture and Design: Define and implement scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business needs;Enterprise Collaboration: Work with other Tech Leads to align the squad's roadmap with enterprise goals;Coaching & Development: Support the growth and technical expertise of junior team members.About YouWe're looking for a flexible, driven, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
