IVECO is a global manufacturer of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles providing commercial vehicle options in multiple segments of the market.

Working out of our flagship dealership at Wacol, which is strategically located in the 'Truck Hub' of Brisbane, our new Sales Manager will have a base to be proud of.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager preferably with heavy vehicle experience to lead our sales team to promote and sell the entire IVECO vehicle product range.

Our new Sales Manager will lead by example in assisting sales staff target new opportunities whilst maintaining existing clientele.

Working from IVECO's flagship dealership at Wacol, the person we seek will have the desire and drive to take IVECO to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of sales with full responsibility for the new sales P&L Manage all sales staff at all levels including out of office call cycles.
Assist our Marketing Coordinator to ensure maximum exposure on digital platforms.
Meet and exceed set KPIs in Sales & CSI Stock management and ordering.
Increase revenues and GP via additional products such as finance and program maintenance.
Seek new customers (B2B) and maintain existing to gain market share in each segment.
Establish annual business plans for volume, market share, and profitability growth within the PMA.
Implement effective annual operating, production, and sales forecasts and plans.
Assist and attend all vehicle conferences and shows representing the IVECO brand.
Manage product portfolio to suit market requirements and ensure stock is current.
Resolve difficult or unusual vehicle operating conditions and applications.
Ensure successful product introductions and launches in PMA.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure dealership processes are achieved.
Effectively manage all customer concerns.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years related experience in Sales Management and leading a Sales team.
History in new and used truck sales is preferable (Commercial equipment encouraged to apply) Knowledge and understanding of truck markets, segments, and equipment.
Knowledge with Era Power & Dealer Socket preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
