As part of this exciting initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the business in meeting its regulatory obligations and shaping a sustainable energy future for Australia.
Why Join Us?Be part of an organisation committed to future-proofing Australia's energy sectorCompetitive salary package: $185,000 + SuperannuationPermanent full-time opportunity with long-term career growth prospectsLead compliance efforts in one of Australia's most dynamic industriesKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory and compliance matters, providing expert advice across the businessOversee the maintenance and continual improvement of the obligations register, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirementsDevelop and deliver compliance reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insightsProactively monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory changes, assessing their impact on the businessReview and advise on new products and business activities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligationsSupport the design, implementation, and monitoring of a robust compliance training programConduct thorough compliance risk assessments to identify and mitigate risksProvide expert advice on the controls assurance framework, ensuring effective risk mitigationKey Candidate Criteria:Proven experience in regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industryStrong track record in building and managing regulatory obligations registersExperience within an Australian energy retailer or generator is highly regardedExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsTertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related field are highly valuedAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
