Get the future you want.Let's talk about the role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will get to:Participate in enterprise-level critical systems operational support to provide database services to the business application and peer technical teamsProactive health and performance monitoring including daily health checksDatabase Service performance reportingDatabase Scripting and AutomationPerform capacity planningDrive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updatesExecution of application and/or platform changes releases and service requests in supported environmentsRoot cause analysis and service improvement solutionsLiaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidentsAdhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident Problem and Change ManagementEnsure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards methods and proceduresLet's talk about the teamOur Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients.

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to security design and implementation managing real business risks.Let's talk about your capability and experienceWe are looking for candidates with the following:Previous experience in working for an MSP or large government departmentIn depth expertise of all SQL versions.
