We are looking for a passionate
Floor Manager
to help lead our
MECCA Geelong
store in
VIC
on a
full-time
basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring, and providing feedback to build a highly effective team.
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
What success looks like in this role:
Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience.
