The Role You Could Play
We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Parramatta store in NSW .
The role of a Floor Manager is to support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will also be responsible for:
Leading from the front, demonstrating the Mecca Values and sharing the Mecca Vision with your team and customers.
Building and managing the team that engages customers across all categories and store zones.
Ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience.
Attending our bi-annual leadership conference in Melbourne, with motivational guest speakers from both inside and outside the beauty industry providing invaluable guidance for life.
What You Will Bring
We look for experienced and passionate leaders who are capable of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence, and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.

Prior experience leading, inspiring and coaching a team in a large format retail environment.
Enjoy being part of a positive, high energy environment and have a passion for all things beauty whilst consistently taking pride in your appearance.
Have the ability to motivate and drive improvement, as well as an understanding of sales-based KPIs.
Genuinely care about people, and always see through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
Have an unrelenting pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired).
Have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
