Providing smart metering devices and services to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ, our reach is growing rapidly. But the true breadth of what we do goes beyond the meter, touching everything from solar to water, virtual power plants to electric vehicle charging.
Job DescriptionThe Health and Wellbeing Advisor plays a key role in designing and delivering a Group-wide psychological health and wellbeing framework that aims to enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of our workforce. In this newly created role, you'll lead injury prevention, early intervention, and recovery support programs while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Lead health and wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with leaders to align strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of psychological wellbeingLead the development, delivery and maintenance of health, safety and wellbeing education, training and promotional packagesPromote proactive psychological risk and wellbeing management through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partnersDevelop and implement action plans to address identified psychosocial health hazardsCoordinate injury prevention, early intervention and support for recovery strategiesCoordinate workplace inspections and risk assessments and the preparation of reports to ensure compliance with Corporate, legislative requirementsCoordinate health and wellbeing programs, focusing on psychosocial risk management and psychological health and safety initiativesConduct training sessions and workshops on topics related to health, safety and wellbeingQualificationsTertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Health Science or Human ResourcesPrevious experience working in psychosocial safety, corporate wellbeing, business psychology, health promotion and/or Human Resource risk managementPrevious experience in blue-collar roles or related fields is highly advantageous.Ability to contribute effectively to a team, including team communication processes and a commitment to continuous improvementWell-developed interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and project management are essentialOutstanding planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex organisationAdditional InformationWe offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity.
