About the Company:
Our client is a family-owned construction business who specialises in the construction of boutique high-end Multi-residential Projects and Large boutique High-end Single Dwellings with contract values reaching up to $20 Million.
With a 30 year presence in the market and multiple Master Builder awards for their great work, they have opened their doors to their next Site Foreman to join and to be a part of a highly respected and award winning Builder.
Our client takes pride in its contribution to a diverse range of homes across the local Bayside area having delivered projects in Melbourne's affluent suburbs for the past 30 years.
The Role: Reporting to the Director and CM, you will assist in managing Boutique Multi Residential Projects.Lead the onsite trade to achieve the common goal.Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Manage Trades on-site and jump on the tools when required.Involvement in final accounts and project closeout.Attend project meetings with the team and stakeholders.Using PROCORE software, so if you have this experience that's a bonusAbout you: A carpentry background is a MUSTExperience in Class 2 Construction is also CompulsoryLead Hand Carpenter on Multi Res Jobs looking to step up or a well experienced Foreman who does not mind being on the tools still.Minimum of 2 years experience in Multi Res but will look at a Lead hand with good attitudeCurrent Drivers Licence and White Card is a must.Benefits: Work on interesting technical projects up to $20 Million in contract value across MelbourneFlexible workplace, a genuine interest in the well-being of their staffSmall team, diverse role offering career advancementSupportive directors who value their staff, subcontractor and client relationshipsLeading remuneration packageTo Apply:
