Job description Are you a skilled Structures Foreman looking to bring your expertise to a dynamic project?
A leading builder-developer is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the structural components of a major project for a 6-month contract.
The Role As the Structures Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of structural works.
This includes managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the project stays on track and within specifications.
Your leadership and technical skills will drive quality outcomes while maintaining a productive and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate structural works on-site, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Manage day-to-day site activities, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to meet project milestones.
Resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
What You'll Need Proven experience as a Structures Foreman in large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of structural works, including concrete, steel, and formwork.
Ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver results.
Sound knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Current White Card and relevant tickets (e.g., working at heights, EWP) preferred.
