Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Sample Reception / Courier Driver to join our Food team in Dandenong South, Australia.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for both sample reception duties and courier driving, with a focus on sample pickup and delivery to the laboratory.
Collect and transport samples from various locations to our facilityEnsure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of samplesPerform basic computer administrative tasks, including sample registration and data entry via LIMS, labelling and moving the samples to the laboratoryPlan efficient routes for sample collection and deliveryConduct vehicle inspections and maintain the courier vehicle in good conditionAdhere to all safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling samplesAssist with other reception and administrative duties as neededQualificationsValid driver's license with an excellent driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent TAFE qualification (Science degree will be preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)Ability to multi-task and manage time effectivelyPhysical ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 KgPrevious experience in courier driving or sample pickup preferredExperience in reception or administrative roles is a plusFamiliarity with laboratory environments beneficial but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
