Company Overview: Regal Engineering is a steadily growing Steel Fabrication Company in the Marine, Mining and Oil & Gas Industries, committed to delivering high-quality projects.
This includes the supply of Onsite Installation, Maintenance & Repairs, Shutdowns, Project Services, Fabrication and Offsite Repairs.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our small but dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Project Team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Structural and Piping Construction Projects from quotation to completion.
They will collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients on all aspects of the tender process.Sourcing and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors as required to successfully price tender.Compiling all aspects of the tender, clearly outlining inclusions and exclusions.Estimating using first principle, norms and tonnage rates methods.Undertaking negotiations with both suppliers and clients.Working closely with the project delivery team to ensure effective handover and execution to meet client expectations and ensure project profitability.Utilising our software to prepare and complete estimates.Qualifications: Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade orBachelor in Mechanical or Structural Engineering orProject Manager in Heavy Fabrication with 5 years experience in Heavy Fabrication estimating desirable.Additional Information: Positive and inclusive working environment.Opportunities for career growth and development.Application Questions: How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of estimating experience do you have?Do you have experience preparing and submitting tenders?Do you have fabrication experience?Have you completed a qualification in engineering - fabrication? #J-18808-Ljbffr
