You will play an integral role in our ambitious growth plans.About the role:You'll be responsible for helping the growth team achieve their ambitious goals in the APAC region.
As our first Growth Associate, you'll be a self-starter, able to work effectively with enthusiasm and flexibility without needing to be told exactly what to do.
You'll leverage your communication and collaboration skills to work with the growth team and senior leaders to support and contribute to our overall growth strategy.This is a new role to support our continued expansion, reporting to our Senior Account Executive.
Here is what a typical week might look like:Prospecting: You will make phone calls, write emails and use LinkedIn to identify sales leads.
You will research and identify potential customers' needs, often acting as one of their first points of contact.
Using your drive, creativity and communication skills, you will help our growth team determine new markets and industries.Collaborating: You will act in a support capacity to the wider growth team, such as coordinating conferences, events and webinars.Reporting: While working to achieve ambitious targets you will report back to the wider growth team on key metrics like calls made, meetings booked, and email response rates, to name a few.Significant room to grow: we're looking for a candidate who is ready to kickstart their career and who shares our long-term vision of growing the business.
