About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Beverage Manager to join the dynamic team at The Lawns.
As the Group Beverage Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the beverage program across The Lawns' portfolio of premium hospitality brands.
This full-time role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the strategic growth of the business.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing innovative beverage programs and menus to elevate the customer experienceManaging the procurement, inventory and supply for all beverage productsProviding training and mentoring to front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional beverage serviceAnalysing sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvementCollaborating with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement the food offeringBuilding positive relationships with key suppliers and identifying opportunities for supplier partnershipsWhat we're looking for Extensive experience (2+ years) in a senior beverage management role within the hospitality industryDemonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful beverage programs and menusThe ability to analyse data to drive strategic decision-making and pivot quicklyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbout us
