Senior Manager, Line 1 Risk

Responsibilities: Support the different Business Units in the implementation of risk management frameworks, control testing, control implementation, and fostering a strong risk culture.
Ensure risk practices align with frameworks, policies, regulatory requirements, and organisational risk appetite.
Provide expertise in incident management, remediation, and root cause analysis while updating the Value Chain risk profile as needed.
Assist with control identification, enhancement, testing, and ensure updates for controls and gaps before implementation.
Coach and support the the bank to improve risk awareness and culture, including creating and delivering educational materials.
What you'll need to succeed?
5-10 years of experience in the Risk Management space with strong banking/financial services/risk assessment experience including a material risk policy component related to the relevant risk class Experience in Risk-in-Change in a product team would be desirable An extensive background in risk management, legal or compliance.
