As Levande's Wellbeing Coordinator/Administration Assistant at Macarthur Gardens Village, located in Campbelltown, you're the cornerstone of our vibrant community, making real impacts every day.
It's an opportunity to grow, innovate, and connect deeply with the people we serve.
Welcome residents and guests with warmth, making everyone feel at home Assist with events that bring our community together Create a dynamic monthly calendar filled with engaging activities that promote community spirit and support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Champion lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
Provide compassionate care and support to residents, connecting them with essential services and resources to meet their needs.
Collaborate with village management to ensure seamless operations and contribute to administrative tasks as needed.

What We Love About You:
A positive, empathetic, and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with residents and create meaningful experiences.
A passion for service and community Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills Strong ability to be part of an onsite village leadership team, and influence outcomes to drive delivery of the expected role outcomes Customer Service background in a services industry (hospitality, retail, wellbeing, aged/retirement).
Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certificate.
