The role involves managing all aspects of RSP orders, ensuring an exceptional customer onboarding experience, addressing commissioning and order-related enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to phone and service requests, and assisting with billing-related enquiries.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee and ensure the completion of all Opticomm RSP ordersProvide regular, clear, and proactive updates on tickets to keep RSPs informed throughout the resolution and order lifecycleFoster positive experiences and relationships with RSPs, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while prioritising customer satisfactionKeep ticket notes up-to-date, clear, and conciseEstablish, maintain, and enhance operating procedures and related documentationPromote team culture and spirit to uphold Uniti Group's valuesAdapt to varying tasks as required, collaborating closely with the Service Delivery teamAssist RSPs with all commissioning-related enquiries, including:Supporting RSPs with connectivityManaging order escalations and coordinating with internal and external partnersAbout you:The ideal person for this role will have/be:Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExceptional oral and written communication abilitiesSelf-motivated and adept at managing priorities and time efficientlyCapable of collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersAdaptable to a dynamic, ever-changing environmentTeam player who effectively contributes and shares knowledge and skillsInnovative mindset, constantly seeking creative solutions to enhance past experiencesTakes initiative for continuous personal development, consistently identifying and honing skills and talentsDemonstrates integrity through honesty, transparency, and trustworthinessMinimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environmentProven ability to communicate professionally to achieve positive customer outcomesExcellent time management and organisational skillsProven ability to communicate effectively with non-technical end users, highly technical IT managers, outsourced customer IT support teams, and carrier call centersDemonstrated ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problems and opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detailPossess a curious mindsetExperience in the telecommunications industry is a plusFamiliarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.)
