The role An exciting opportunity has become vacant as we seek a dynamic individual to the team as an Assistant Manager for our unique Conservatory Buffet and Restaurant dining experience.
Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service standards are delivered and the efficient day-to-day operations of the venue.
Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and adherence to OH&S standards.
Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Assist with financial evaluation, such as COGs and labor costs.
About you Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory role within a similar premium, high volume environment is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information This is a Full-Time position.
Your availability to commit to a rotating roster of weekends, public holidays and late nights will be crucial for the role.
