Now, we're on the lookout for an energetic and forward-thinking Head of Planning to take their supply and demand game to the next level. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for planning (and a knack for making things happen), this could be your dream roleWhat You'll Be Doing:As the Head of Planning, you'll be the go-to person for all things supply and demand, leading the charge in creating seamless, data-driven planning strategies. You'll also need to bring your traditional merchandise planning expertise to ensure our products are perfectly positioned in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. Ready to make an impact?Your Day-to-Day:Lead and develop our supply and demand planning strategies, ensuring we meet customer needs while optimizing inventory levels.Drive traditional merchandise planning processes to ensure product assortment, allocation, and replenishment align with business goals.Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and ensure we're always one step ahead.Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer insights to create accurate forecasts that fuel our growth.Manage, mentor, and inspire a talented team of planners to deliver results and continuously raise the bar.Lead scenario planning and risk management initiatives to keep things running smoothly, even when the unexpected happens.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure we're on track for success.Drive continuous improvement across the planning function, because we believe in getting better every dayWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in supply and demand planning as well as traditional merchandise planning.A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.Experience leading teams and inspiring others to achieve their best.A track record of cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in planning software (think SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.A proactive mindset – you're always looking for ways to optimize and improve.Experience with planning/inventory system implementation is a bonus.A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a bonusWhy Join Us?Competitive salary + awesome benefitsA fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas are heard.Opportunities for growth and development.The chance to work with a passionate team that's all about making an impact.Ready to Plan for Success?If this sounds like the challenge you've been waiting for, we want to hear from you Apply now with your resume.
