Head of Planning

to take their supply and demand game to the next level.
If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for planning (and a knack for making things happen), this could be your dream role

What You'll Be Doing:As the

Head of Planning , you'll be the go-to person for all things supply and demand, leading the charge in creating seamless, data-driven planning strategies.
But it doesn't stop there
You'll also need to bring your

traditional merchandise planning

expertise to ensure our products are perfectly positioned in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

Your Day-to-Day:Lead and develop our supply and demand planning strategies, ensuring we meet customer needs while optimising inventory levels.Drive traditional merchandise planning processes to ensure product assortment, allocation, and replenishment align with business goals.Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and ensure we're always one step ahead.Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer insights to create accurate forecasts that fuel our growth.Manage, mentor, and inspire a talented team of planners to deliver results and continuously raise the bar.Stay agile
You'll lead scenario planning and risk management initiatives to keep things running smoothly, even when the unexpected happens.Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure we're on track for success.Drive continuous improvement across the planning function, because we believe in getting better every day

What We're Looking For:Proven experience in

supply and demand planning

as well as

traditional merchandise planning

(you're the whole package
).A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills – you love diving into the data and finding creative solutions.Experience leading teams and inspiring others to achieve their best.A track record of cross-functional collaboration – you know how to bring people together to make things happen.Proficiency in planning software (think SAP, Oracle, etc.)
and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables are your best friend).A proactive mindset – you're always looking for ways to optimize and improve.Experienced with planning/inventory system implementation a huge bonus but not essential.A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a bonus
