Important: Please send your resume to The Office Coordinator will:Do light bookkeeping that includes making deposits, preparing cheques for signature, making refunds, and processing credit card transactions.Manage XERO for processing invoices.Perform word processing tasks and create PowerPoints as directed by the Program Manager.Assist in developing marketing materials for the promotion of Course Orthodontic C.E.
programs (arranging course brochures and social media marketing).Be responsible for taking course programme registrations, confirming registrations, and keeping this information both current and accurate.Organise course dates, maintain the course schedule, liaise with trade, and arrange guest lectures.Allocate clinical days to students.Arrange Logobook, Mini residency folder, and graduation events.Be responsible for the production and packaging of needed materials for EODO Orthodontic C.E.
programmes (such as completed name badges, handouts, certificates, etc.
).Handle office mailings at the post office.Maintain office machines in working order and order office materials for courses.Invoice Doctor's commission and Overseas lecture and MRC forms.Work with the lecture venue coordinator to ensure that the lecture site meets the needs of the C.E.
programme.Oversee the C.E.
programs evaluation process for exams and assignments.Maintain each C.E.
student's registration information in an Excel file for future reference.Maintain the files of courses and answer all email and telephone-related enquiries.Manage the course attendance verification forms after each C.E.
programme.Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $25.01 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location:In person
