Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of children?
At BCS, we are dedicated to protecting children through the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Compliance Unit and help us achieve compliance with blue card system requirements through an education-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate investigation cases in response to referrals from both internal and external sources.
• Conduct thorough investigations into standard cases of non-compliance, collecting relevant information to substantiate allegations.

Complete initial assessments to decide appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Provide high-level education to stakeholders through both written and verbal communication to achieve compliance.

• Identify and escalate high-risk cases through established pathways to ensure timely and appropriate action.
• Prepare briefs for the Queensland Police Service on standard cases of noncompliance.
• Perform risk management actions and quality assurance of case activities and decisions.
