Since then we've grown into Australia's largest and most respected online house and pet sitting platform.
The company offers a unique digital marketplace that matches house & pet owners with house sitters.
We've been growing solidly year on year, currently facilitating over fifty thousand house sits each year.
Our mission is supporting our sharing community to save money while keeping our pets safe and loved at home.
We also operate separate house sitting platforms in New Zealand, UK, Canada & USA.
Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small but wonderful team.
Option to work remotely or in-house in our Northern Rivers office.
This position is full-time but permanent part-time is possible for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness, and generating and capturing leads.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Content Marketing: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, videos, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences.
Social Media Strategy: Work with our Social Media Manager to manage and optimise social media channels to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage budgets and optimise PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximise ROI.
Email Marketing: Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to events: Contribute to the concept and delivery of events, communications, advertising, thought leadership and digital campaigns.
What you need:A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and SEO.Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other marketing tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.A willingness to work in an inclusive and diverse workplace.What we offer:Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on level of expertise) + super.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance (full-time position but open to permanent part-time for the right applicant)Option to work remotely or in-house in our Northern Rivers office.Family-friendly, inclusive and diverse workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
