We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our brand and connect with our community. Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator at Elate Beauty, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of our marketing programs.
You will work closely with our CEO and company partners to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer experience. Responsibilities: Manage the monitoring of active marketing programs and develop ways to improve campaign effectiveness.Oversee the strategy and execution of social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.Create, schedule, and manage all content for social media and blog to drive engagement and brand visibility.Manage the strategy and execution of digital and B2B newsletters to increase brand awareness and improve customer experience.Manage relationships with ambassadors and collaborators Report on social media and newsletter analytics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement.Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.Creation and execution of launch and promotional campaigns through our shopify ecommerce website.Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, another related discipline OR equivalent related experience4 years of relevant experience in a professional settingExpert knowledge of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, linkedin, tiktok, etc.Experience creating and managing effective newsletter campaignsExperience with Shopify and managing e-commerce platforms.Experience managing creator and partner relationshipsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWorking knowledge of adobe creative suite and canvaA strong eye for designPreferences include: Knowledge of Later social media management dashboardKlaviyo email marketing software experienceWorking knowledge of Shopify Ecommerce website management Experience with SEO and website accessibilityWhat We Offer: Flexible/hybrid work environmentCompetitive salary and extended benefits packageGenerous vacation policyWe are a living wage employerHow to Apply: If you are passionate about sustainable beauty and want to be a part of our mission, we would love to hear from you.
