Senior Interior Architect

Design & Build have partnered with a super cool Interior, Architecture and Urban Design firm based in Sydney CBD.
The studio is led by an award-winning Architect who brings a wealth of knowledge in the industry, known for delivering iconic projects across the commercial and hospitality sector.
As a Senior Interior Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept to completion.
You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and the broader design team to deliver exceptional and innovative design solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and organized individual with a passion for detail and design excellence.
Responsibilities: Lead the design process for various high-profile projects, from initial concept through to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, translating these into creative and functional design solutions.
Work across all phases - tender, construction, shop drawings, detailed documentation, design and delivery.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to each project.
Skills and Experience: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
At least 5+ years ' experience as an Interior Architect, with a focus on high-end commercial or hospitality projects.
Proven track record of managing complex design projects from concept through to completion.
Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and finishes.
Proficient in Revit , Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
A can-do mentality.
