The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead go-to-market strategies, develop impactful marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment across teams.
Reporting to the executive team, you'll play a key role in shaping our product messaging and enhancing adoption rates while managing and mentoring a talented product marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Launch products: Oversee all aspects of product launches, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Product Marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and client experience teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Performance Analysis: Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in a product marketing or related role, with experience managing teams.
Proven success in launching products and developing go-to-market strategies.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Expertise in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with outsourcing solutions and a passion for empowering businesses.
Technical proficiency with digital marketing and sales enablement tools.
