We strive to be smart, progressive and energetic and we welcome professionals who are as committed as we are to building long term, mutually rewarding partnerships with our clients. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller who seeks to balance the maintenance of credit standards with delivery of good customer service. Key responsibilitiesLiaising with insurance brokers to effect cancellation of funded policiesEnsuring that overdue payments are acted upon in a timely manner by making outbound calls and sending appropriate arrears notificationActioning inbound telephone calls on Credit Team queueApplying knowledge and understanding of credit processes to make sound decisions to achieve optimal collection outcomesMaintaining the debtors ledger within policy guidelines and meeting monthly KPIProviding excellent customer service through assisting clients to resolve their queriesWorking within the sales team to assist and facilitate the collection of amountsUnderstanding of Consumer Credit LawsOther ad-hoc duties as required.
