In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant records management.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to key projects in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your attention to detail and organisational skills will be highly valued.WHO YOU AREProven experience in document control, preferably in a project-based environment.Strong knowledge of document management systems preferably Asite.Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy team.Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.2-5 years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain document control processes and systems for the efficient management and recording of project documentation.Ensure documents are accurately filed, retrieved, and distributed to internal and external stakeholders.Maintain logs and tracking systems to monitor document distribution and retrieval activities.Ensure all documents comply with company standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Provide training and support to team members on document control systems and processes.Assist with document audits and reporting as required.WHAT WE OFFERAt Aerison we know that people are our best asset.
