We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo.

Key job responsibilities
Drive investment strategy discussion via insightful and relevant analysis
Partner with Senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of decisions
Be a steward for maximizing long-term free cash flow of investments
Build financial projections for innovative growth models
Partner with various business and tech teams to become a subject matter expert on systems and outcomes

A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate, identifying the high-priority work and projects supporting and solving complex problems that affect strategic decisions.
About the team
You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business, driving profitable growth and scale through innovation.
This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator.
You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams.
You will be part of a growing, fast-paced, and fun team.
You will have ownership for the implementation of your work and you will see direct business improvements based on the results of your work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
