In your role as Senior IT Risk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and managing IT-related risks across the organisation.

You will lead the way for identifying compliance gaps, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and enhancing our IT risk and governance framework while contributing to our ongoing security and compliance efforts.

What you will do Conduct risk assessments to identify risks across IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and data management processes, such as potential cyber threats, data breaches, or system failures.
Identify and evaluate threats and vulnerabilities within IT systems, networks, and applications, assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
Design and recommend risk mitigation strategies, including implementing security controls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
Develop and maintain IT risk framework and register, compliance and controls framework, and the creation of policies and standards.
Ensure that IT operations and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry frameworks.
Collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure that IT risks are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
What we are looking for Strong understanding of cyber and risk management frameworks, IT governance, and regulatory standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance regulations, with experience in risk assessments, audits, and reporting.
Familiarity with IT security tools and compliance management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical risks into business solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
