You choose your hours Monday - Friday, with the office open 9.00am - 4.00pm.
We are a boutique agency based in Stepney.
Ideally, we're looking for a northern suburbs-based property manager to take on an existing portfolio of approximately 170 properties.
As the Property Manager of this portfolio, you will manage both the landlords and tenants and their expectations.
You will have admin support within a shared work-flow structure to help you with day-to-day tasks, so you can concentrate on the landlord and tenant.
You will be remunerated with a package that includes above award wage plus bonuses for new business.
In addition, you will be provided with a fully maintained company car and mobile phone.
What you will need Most importantly, we are looking for a Property Manager who is a great communicator, enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable, and focused on customer service excellence.
Time management is imperative for you to be successful in this position.
Attention to detail is a must, and you need to have worked as a property manager for a minimum of 3 years in Adelaide to be considered for the position.
The Role Responsible for but not limited to:
Liaising with tenants and landlordsTimely handling of maintenance and repairsLeasing & marketing activityOpen inspectionsLease renewals & rent reviewsRoutine inspections and reportingManagement of rental arrearsPrepare for and attend Tribunal when requiredPrepare and lodge insurance claimsAbout You You will need to take pride in your appearance and your position as a Property Manager with the ability to act professionally and be proactive at all times.
