Our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence are at the heart of everything we do.About the Role:Based @ Wahroonga Place Care CommunityFull time, Monday - FridayEnsure the sales and admissions processConduct toursProactively manage sales enquiriesBuild meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholdersMaximise occupancySupport the implementation of approved marketing eventsAssisting with processing of fortnightly staff payrollAccounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicingAssisting with client services and general enquiriesAssistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contractsReception and other administration duties where requiredManaging team rosters and timesheetsAt Opal HealthCare, we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
