About you We are looking for a Full-time Kiosk Manager to join the team in Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
The role Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retailConducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetingsMotivate and drive your team to achieve performance targetsProactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and supportAssist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as requiredRequirements Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and organisation skillsExperience in managing a retail teamExcellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspireAbility to multi-task and build relationshipsOpen flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.An attractive total salary package (including superannuation) is on offer, along with company discounts for yourself, friends, and family.
