Digital Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Coordinator to join our clients dynamic corporate communications team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of a major organisation by developing and delivering exceptional digital design outcomes across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with senior designers and the Director of Corporate Communications in a high-performance team dedicated to innovation and client excellence.
Key Responsibilities Website & Intranet Management : Coordinate the publishing of content to the website (WordPress) and intranet (SharePoint).
Manage website updates, key analytics, and digital crisis response.
Publishing Support : Assist in publishing regular digital assets including economic reports and market announcements through WordPress and Campaign Monitor.
Ensure content is aligned with corporate branding and messaging.
Brand & Design : Innovate and edit external-facing PowerPoint presentations.
Provide graphic design support for a variety of collateral such as printed materials, email signatures, event materials, and infographics.
Project Management : Assist with project management, sourcing quotes, supplier management, and maintaining an organized file system.
Support digital and physical project implementation across teams.
Team Coordination : Collaborate with a senior designer and support project management processes.
Assist in supervising freelance designers when needed.
Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, SharePoint, Campaign Monitor, and Microsoft Office Suite - A MUST HAVE.
Proven ability to exceed internal stakeholder expectations in digital design outcomes.
6+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
Expertise in video editing, photography, and motion graphics production.
Experience leading design projects, including website redesigns and collateral development.
Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work across teams.
Qualifications A degree in communication, marketing, design, or a related field.
Design qualification and/or relevant work experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience in the financial services, economic, or government sectors is desirable.
