About the job We are looking for a rising star in the content, design and videography space wanting to establish themselves in a highly creative and supportive agency.
You will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing campaigns that fuel touchpoints across websites, socials, email marketing & display suites.
Supporting the Creative Director and working inside the wider creative team, you will have a passion for creating engaging designs according to requirements.
You will work alongside our design team, under the supervision of our Head of Digital and Creative Directors to produce high-quality content.
You will be highly creative, have a sharp eye for detail and relish the opportunity to shape your own career.
Most importantly you will be a much loved and influential part of The Property Agency family.
Role and Responsibilities: Understand project requirements and design concepts.Use industry best practices to produce concepts and final design solutions for assets including digital campaigns, video, eDMs & websites.Take on supporting design tasks such as retouching, colour correction and animation.Use feedback from other designers and the wider creative team to hone your skills and improve designs.Must have acute attention to detail and be able to work on simultaneous projects and timelines.Collaborate with Project Directors to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements.Contribute to a positive agency culture of teamwork, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.Comply with agency templates for briefing, proposals, presentations, and timesheets.Desired Skills and Experience: 3+ years' experience at a creative agency or in-house design department.Strong knowledge of all industry standard design software and graphics editing tools including:Comprehensive knowledge of Figma.Sound understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.Experience with Adobe Animate is desirable but not essential.A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is also desirable.Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography and photography), to champion best practices.Time management and multitasking abilities.A learning and problem-solving aptitude.Next Steps Think you'd be a perfect fit?
