Team Leader Occupational Therapist

AHP Healthcare are excited to announce that we have officially partnered with one of the Leading Allied Health WFH/Community Care providers in AustraliaDue to continued growth and expansion, AHP Healthcare are currently seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals to provide therapy to clients aged across the life spanA snap shot of your core responsibilities:Be a part of a team that is highly engaged, client centric and who learn and work together in a supportive, team-based environment.Provide community care for a number of clients with varied disabilities and ages.Deliver against industry standard KPIs, whilst maintaining as much flexibility as you like.Ensure efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of services.Provide hands-on coaching, feedback and development support to each team member.What do you need to be considered:Plan, deliver and evaluate Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants which help them achieve their NDIS goals.Minimum 5 years experience completing comprehensive assessments for clients with disabilities and medical conditions.
Report writing including formatting and justification is a must in the NDIS space.Minimum 5 years experience and clinical judgement with assistive technology as well as complex modifications to dwellings.
This can include NDIS and Homecare package.Excellent English language skills including report writing and email.
English needs to be fluent, as does your written skills.
However, having a second language is a big bonus for us.
