We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base.
The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities: Account management and relationship buildingSupport the store manager and help lead the store teamInbound phone & online salesIn-store customer serviceOrder & receipt incoming stockProcess & pick purchase ordersShowroom merchandising, pricing & maintenanceSkills & experience: Exceptional communication skillsExperience or a passion for auto partsWell presented, great phone mannerAbility to influence & negotiateAbility to translate technical problems to simple solutionsWhat's in it for you?
