Operations Manager

This person will need a background in Horticultural services.
The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the management team to manage the Cleaning and Gardening portfolios in Canberra.
Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
Manage the cleaning and gardening team members effectively in accordance with operational requirementsProvide team members training and guidanceMaintain the highest standards of cleaning and gardening expectations for all stakeholdersManage, maintain and operate platform systems and equipment in an effective manner to ensure optimal functionalityProvide exceptional & timely customer service to internal & external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.
)Manage the safe operation of the fleet and tool maintenanceManage contractors and service schedules so as to ensure timely repairs and minimal loss of plant functionsProvide quotations and estimations for continual improvement for complexes in our portfolioProduce quality control reports for all stakeholdersHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
