Be part of a Company that gives you the power to make an impact on the futureWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead and manage a team of Supply Planners across Australia and New Zealand responsible for developing and owning the supply plans for the business unit. Supply plans are inclusive of imported finished goods, production, raw materials and inventory plans across the finite and long term horizon.Key responsibilities include:Developing the Supply Planning rhythm, process and approach across the business unit.Developing inventory policies and plans aligned to the Groups targets and aspirations.Developing and managing purchasing plans for a substantial import portfolio.Developing rough cut capacity planning tools and processes and managing the finite schedule for two production sites.Contributing to S&OP process and owning the supply point and supply review forums.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor of Business with major in Supply Chain or APICS qualification.Demonstrated experience in implementing Supply Planning Best Practice in a mature Supply Planning environment.Expert experience in Supply Planning systems, including using SAP APO.Exceptional leadership skills.Experience managing rough cut capacity plans and an import portfolio.Strong understanding of safety stock models and approaches.If this sounds like the role for you, click on applyPlease note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
